πŸ‘€ Tech to rock your biz (that's freeβœ…+ super helpful πŸ’‘πŸ’₯)

Ready to get your tech on, ? πŸ’ͺ
I have a roundup of some tech goodies that I just know you will love πŸ’»

I quite often get requests for an update on the latest tech nerdiness in my life - I know a lot of you love to find out what's working in times of process and in terms of tech - and there is a lot out there that can help make your business easier.

A great thing about working on some projects like the ones I am involved with right now is that I get to work with a range of agile teams.

A side effect of working with some of the smartest, most talented individuals around is that I get to have an insight into what they are using to make their processes and their businesses easier.

So, I want to share some of those tools that I've been enjoying with you here, ⭐️↓

Airtable:

First up, it's Airtable.

Airtable might make you think of one of those air puck things that you might've found in a cinema in the 1990s (#retro), but it is actually a really powerful too.

It's not unlike Google Sheets on steroids; if you love Kanban methods, it's got Kanban sorted for you.
If you love GridView, ways to filter by various fields, this is your tool, boo.

I'm currently using it to manage two very different projects, whilst managing teams and files and processes and deadlines, and The Airtable of Truth πŸ’« has it all.

Here is a brilliant overview on it.to give you a jumpstart:

As with many of the other apps that we love, you can also link up with Airtable via API into lots of other useful pieces of tech to make your life super easy.

Whimsical

Next up is Whimsical.

Whimsical is super useful for planning out mind maps, for wire framing, and for generally getting thoughts down in a visual way.
I'm currently using it to map out the chapters of my next book, and to map out some frameworks for projects.

It's SO, so good for being able to move ideas, thoughts, and concepts around in a way that is visual.

Coda.io

Coda.io is another piece of utter brilliance that I am currently also enjoying.
As a fan of Evernote, I love to find somewhere to document ideas, and Coda is a place where you can document entire businesses, processes and much more.

Essentially anything that needs to be put in one place for people to access, Coda is your new bff.

If you are perhaps sharing workflows to share with your team where you want to screen capture something as a process and have somewhere to put them all, Coda is your library and is a way of noting everything you might need to know about a project, a workflow system, a client, anything like that you can keep in one amazing place.

I'm also using Coda to write my book as I can use different sections to keep my notes, to repurpose some of my old content, and just to have a really smart, clean space to write.

MemberVault

Last but by no means least, is the amazing MemberVault.

You can use it for client on-boarding, for storing documents, creating courses, hosting opt-ins and challenges, the whole lot.

What I love about MemberVault is that you can keep track of what people are using and enjoying, you can set up auto-responders and links to your Active Campaign and ConvertKit within it - .it's one of the best pieces of tech for relationship marketing out there.

The founders, Erin and Mike, are just the most amazing people ever and suuuuuuper lovely. They really know their stuff and are really out there changing the world with relationship marketing.

You can a nose at how my MemberVault looks currently right here, and you can sign up for your free account right here.
