Hey, I’m Jo.

I help founders to develop, scale and leverage their thought leadership to increase their impact and reach, generate revenue, and expand their businesses.

I believe in creative, bespoke systems to help high performance female leaders share their important voices with the world.

Simply put: working your way, in a way that feels aligned but has impact is where the magic happens.

My belief is: until you understand the link between behaviour change psychology and design thinking, you’ll always struggle to create truly impactful content that creates change - for your organisation, for your clients, and for yourself. 

I believe that design thinking helps create content, frameworks and systems that scale so your all-important IP can reach the people that matter.

I believe that blueprints don’t work, and that frameworks allow for creativity.

I believe that agile working allows important work to be shared with the world (and iterations are golden).

I believe that understanding how design works and how to write for impact is part of my edge - and part of yours when you work with me.

I believe in creating behaviour change for your audience and clients by understanding how to communicate through content. 

What matters is that you create habits that work for you, to allow space for the thinking part of thought leadership - the rest can be designed around a team that grows with you.

This 12 week mini mastermind group programme will take you from wheel-spinning with message overwhelm to a creative, bespoke system of creating content that works for you and your business.

- New habits that work for you in order to output content that has power, consistently, without burnout and brain fog;

- A clear picture of how you work at your best, so you can plan for times when you are unplugged, in delivery mode, or creating the next phase of business without a loss to your impact;

- A playbook of processes, step by steps and systems that grows with you so you can integrate with your growing team to get the support you need to produce your best work;

- Clear models to use in your content to create impact, legacy, and originality.

- A working understanding of structuring content to create change.

Here is how we do it:

We have a dedicated Facebook group for the mini mastermind programme.

Each week we kick off with a short training video and steps to implement .

You are busy, I get it. This is bite-sized, structured steps with strategic support along the way.

There are weekly live calls with me to answer questions and gain feedback on your work.

Can’t make it? No worries, just send your questions ahead of the live, and I will make sure I answer it so you can watch when it suits you.

The programme is structured around an agile working week of planning/discovery, implementation and feedback/debriefing.

This way we can discover quickly, by doing, what works for you and your business and make changes as we go.

You will also be building your own playbook of knowledge throughout the programme, so your processes, systems, brand messages, content plans and workflows are all documented and ready to start being handed over to teams and freelancers as you grow your business and need more leverage.

So, who am I?
My name is Jo Gifford. I am a content experience designer, marketer, strategist, project lead, writer, designer, and podcast host.

I work with founders, start-ups and scale ups to develop content that creates change.

I have been featured in Entrepreneur Magazine, Fresh Business Thinking, Huffington Post, YFS Magazine, and many more online publications. I work with global organisations to create and develop content, lead projects, and create impact and change in the world.

Oh, and I love almond butter and yoga, I am mum to twin 10 year old girls, and you will usually find me in my gym kit, happily sweaty.

I work, live and thrive with chronic health conditions. As a result, leading with creativity, flexibility and freedom are key values for me.

I know that magic happens in the spaces when we let it, but that we also need a flexible system that works for growth.

We can create in a cyclical way, and embrace how you work best - but understanding it and documenting your knowledge as you go makes a big difference to your sanity as you start to scale.

People say lovely things about me, which I am grateful for - but what really lights me up is working with amazing clients and seeing their results.
