Hey, I’m Jo.

I help founders and unboxed leaders to develop, scale and leverage their thought leadership and soul voice to increase their impact, generate revenue, and expand their businesses.

I believe in creative, bespoke systems to help amazing people share their important voices with the world.

Simply put: working your way, in a way that feels aligned but has impact is where the magic happens.

My belief is: until you understand the link between behaviour change, creative flow AND your own way of working that’s led by your soul - you’ll always struggle to create truly impactful content that creates change - for your business, for your clients, and for yourself. 

What matters is that you create habits that work for you, to allow space for the thinking part of thought leadership and soul truth messaging.

This 12 week group programme will take you from wheel-spinning with message overwhelm to a creative, bespoke system of creating connected content that works for you, your clients, and that creates change for you both.

Content creates change not just for the humans it impacts, but for us the creators.

This has been my experience many times over as a blogger, designer, writer, UX conversation designer, learning content developer, podcaster, and profilic human connector.

This is your invitation to journey with me, to delve deeper into your message, and to explore and discover how to create connection with your audience and clients both online and off.

Here is how we do it:
All key materials will be delivered online for you to access at your own pace, in your own time.

You are busy, I get it.

This is bite-sized, structured steps with strategic support along the way, a community that will hold you, and an agile approach to what we do.

Every 2 weeks we will meet for a Zoom call feedback session/workshop, to invite in the co-creation magic and share discoveries from each other.

Can’t make it? No worries, just send your questions ahead of the live, and I will make sure I answer it so you can watch when it suits you (but the magic is in the real time collaboration, so coming along will serve you the most).

This container is designed to hold you and guide you as you discover how to create change through content in a way that’s deeply impactful both for you and your audience and clients.

Through curiosity and discovery you will deepen your relationship with creating “content” as an act of heart driven, soul fed creation.

We will be doing things intentionally, and a little differently.

There won’t be just another Facebook group to be part of, and more overwhelming content to consume.

It’s my intention to allow you to experience more ease, less overwhelm, and more connection to yourself as you go through this journey with me.

What you will experience is bite-sized pieces of activities to explore to enable your own content toolkit to begin to take shape.

We will meet for group feedback sessions and connection every 2 weeks, and all your work will receive personal feedback from me as you go through.

We will have a WhatsApp group to connect with, with an emphasis on finding space to create.

You will also be building your own playbook of knowledge throughout the group, so your processes, systems, brand messages, content plans and workflows are all documented and ready to start being handed over to teams and freelancers as you grow your business and need more leverage.

We will be exploring:

• How content and human connection creates change.

• Creating a body of work, activating your voice and building authority.

• How regular creation changes you and transforms others.

• Creating space and habits for connection, soul truth, and ease in sharing your voice.

• Storing ideas as they arrive, and how to intentionally trigger them to have a wealth of talking points at your fingertips.

• Interacting with intention and designing your own boundaries.

• Identifying main themes of your work and who you are, creating a way of sharing your truth and your message that’s easeful, energetically aligned, and impactful.

• Tools, strategies, and useful ways to make the most of your time and energy, to store and re-use your powerful creations, and to allow space for intuition.

• Creating and sharing both online and off, working with the press and media, and exploring how to work with video, voice and imagery in a way that lights up your soul, your purpose, and feels easeful and light.

So, who am I?
My name is Jo Gifford. I am a content experience designer, author, blogger, marketer, strategist, project lead, writer, designer, and podcast host.

I work with founders, start-ups and scale ups to develop content that creates change.

Recent work and ongoing clients include:

Working with The Unbound Press o produce the weekly podcast and social media, and supporting authors with magic-fuelled marketing;

Working with The Bold Leadership Revolution on strategic long form content and curriculum design; writing client-magnetising copy for social media for many soul-driven clients;

Designing the UX conversation for a cyber security company that has been successfully seeded with investment funding to scale and create huge impact;

Writing my own poems for my forthcoming book, ‘Wild Currents’, with my social media posts going viral.

I have been featured in Entrepreneur Magazine, Fresh Business Thinking, Huffington Post, YFS Magazine, the BBC, ITV, Spirit and Destiny, Woman’s Own, and many more publications both online and off.

I work with global organisations to create and develop content, lead projects, and create impact and change in the world.

Oh, and I love almond butter and yoga, wild swimming, I am mum to twin 12 year old girls, and you will usually find me in my gym kit, happily sweaty, or in the river near where I live.

Leading with creativity, flexibility, freedom and growth are key values for me.

I know that magic happens in the spaces when we let it, but that we also need a flexible system that works for growth.

We can create in a cyclical way, and embrace how you work best - but understanding it and documenting your knowledge as you go makes a big difference to your sanity as you start to scale.

People say lovely things about me, which I am grateful for - but what really lights me up is working with amazing clients and seeing their results.
